Parish Support

Please use EFT to pay for weekly and monthly collections, and participate in in-parish tuition.  Fill out the EFT Form and send it to the parish office.

Bottles and Cans

Send your bottles and cans with the Bottles and Cans form.  On the first Wednesday of each month, from 7:45 am to 8:30 am, a PTO representative collects and tallies by classroom all Massachusetts redeemable cans and bottles (e.g.,soda, seltzer, & beer) brought in by students and their families. Only include those cans/bottles that can be redeemed in Massachusetts for $.05. Please separate glass from cans and plastic bottles. Glass mixed in with cans and bottles is a safety issue for the employees at the redemption center. If Wednesday mornings are not convenient for you, please consider turning your cans & bottles in at the redemption site at the Fernald School located at 200 Trapelo Rd, Waltham. Let them know that you would like the proceeds donated to “Our Lady’s School.”

UPromise

Please sign up for a Upromise account.  Please link your account to our school so we can receive bonuses when you earn your savings for college.

Campbell Soup Cans and Labels and Box Tops

Got Tops? Soup Labels? We collect box tops from labels such as Ziploc, Betty Crocker, Nature Valley, Cheerios, Pillsbury, and Old El Paso. We also collect label’s from Campbell’s soups and other Campbell’s products. Deposit them in the handy bin in the school lobby. We’ll tally them and send them in to receive additional funds for school expenses.

Shaw's Receipts Rewards Program

The Our Lady’s PTO earns 1% of the total when you send in your Shaw’s or Star Market register receipts. Please place them in an envelope marked “Shaw’s PTO Fundraiser” and send them in with your child, or drop them in the collection box under the PTO bulletin board or in the collection envelopes located on the bulletin boards at the church exits or mail them to: Our Lady’s School, Shaw’s PTO Fundraiser, 920 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA 02452. NOTE: Must be original receipts only, no copies can be accepted.

Hannaford's Helps Schools Program

Do you shop at Hannaford? Have you received a "Hannaford Helps Schools Certificate"? If so, please drop them in the Our Lady's School slot as you exit the store. To assure our school gets credit for the certificate, please write "Our Lady's School, Waltham MA" on the back of the certificate. You may also send them into school. Just pop them in an envelope and mark it "Attention: PTO-Hannaford Helps." This program runs from Sept. 4 to Dec. 4. All certificates must be turned in to the store by Dec. 12, 2008. All proceeds will benefit the Our Lady's PTO. Please tell your family and friends who shop at Hannaford about this program!
